How do I create a URL underneath text?

The URL button just wraps the tags around whatever is highlighted [url][/url] What is the BBcode required to create a nicely formatted link with a text title?

I tried to do it with earlier with " " around the URL, which of course doesn't work here. Will fix my other posts now.
