That one is IMHO nicer than the one that got included.

The picture might look nice on its own, but I don't think it plays nice with the Deskthority logo. Just click on your picture to try it.

The controller test setup is perfect!

However, I don't like the Pool billiard one.

It was added off the charts for some reason. I didn't even know about this thread. 7bit said it would do good as a header image, but that was a less fitting image. I did a new setup with a lit LED and everything =) I only added it here for the possibility to click it into the header. Ego reasons alone =D

You'll want to crop it rather than scale.

YES!

Lesson learned : don't use the default picture viewer on the Mac to edit pictures.....

EDIT : I really, REALLY need a good photo lamp. This one is just like a bright class M sun....

Rotated 180 to work better with logo:
Code: Select all
convert -rotate 180 ~/Downloads/9Sf2H.jpg ~/Downloads/DW180.jpg

I really like that WYSE-on-filco one, though the one I rotated is my favorite of those you've posted.

+1 for the Pure and Filco Wyse
I would rotate the white/black Topres 180 degree, suits better with the DT logo.

//lol, dorkvader was faster :D
///Forgot to add: If it's rotated also +1 for the b/w Topres.

I put the first and fifth into rotation. I like some of the others too, but maybe for later use, otherwise there are too many skulls into rotation. :mrgreen:

I think... a little more from the top to appreciate the jp labels and cut away the background....

Thanks for the feedback. I was going to shoot it from more of a top-down angle, but I realized I wanted the "HHKB Professional JP" on the front to be in the shot. I'm going to try to remove the background and do some post-processing to improve the sharpness and contrast.
