[Suggestion] Sticky last post...

I was about to write this in the vortex race 75% group buy thread but decided that this is a better place for it.
This group buy should be [CLOSED] or [CANCELLED] or [FUCKED UP] or something.
It's not surprising people don't want to read the entire 13 pages but somebody asking to join every two weeks is just useless.
Can we make a sticky last post with a summary?

Or just have something in the top of the first post saying that "for right now, the group buy is closed", and then lock the thread - more likely to get noticed, and it PREVENTS people from posting.
