That site is broken. Every time I put "my dick" in the text box, it says it's down...

I'm SURE some porn sites wanted that domain.

I feel sorry for iMav. Text is probably hitting him just as he pulls into his driveway.

We should think of some obscure security question during registration. There must be some impossible to answer question regarding pink, salmon and orange Alps.

Already did that. I'm fairly certain that SOMEHOW that guy didn't get into the rest of the computers on the network. They say he targets servers so I guess he figured since this was a 10g server his work was done. He could have killed everything in the network since if you log onto one of the computers they all trust you. I haven't even started to re-install 10g yet... Or redo all my previous shit... Which will then allow me to do my homework which is already late... FUCK!... What a great birthday present... I'm gonna have to beef up security on ALL the computers instead of just my main one. I have a good "fuck you" message set up for "if" he tries to get in again. I'm gonna have to learn the GP equivalents in XP. I hope they're similar. I had just done a fresh install a few weeks ago and only used it for school. I wonder how I became a target at all considering I'm not a business. Maybe my network looks like one?

I'M GETTING DISTRACTED!

Edit: 7bit - I don't join the never ending "Rounds"

To boldly go where no innovator has gone before : always engage at full trust.
Just so everybody can learn a lesson from my pain, I will admit how he got in...

When you install XP you have to give a password for the hidden administrator account. Since this was one of those computers I constantly wipe and reload for school I just put "password" cause I got lazy... I also hadn't set a maximum number of login attempts as well. He somehow enabled the hidden administrator account and brute forced his way in through WRD. I still don't know how he enabled the hidden administrator account though... (I know how to do it if the guest account is enabled, but it was disabled...)

I know for a fact that he used the administrator account because a different day when I was logged on I had a popup come up a few times... Administrator wants to log on or something, do you want to let him? I would click no and he would stay locked out... I thought that someone at home was trying to log on and I wouldn't let them. I could've asked if someone was trying to log on later but I forgot. If I had I would've realized that it was a hacker and changed the password before he got in...

I won't get lazy after this... A network is only as strong as it's weakest link... (Don't say that's me!)

Here's a source of information on that guy: http://blog.emsisoft.com/2012/04/11/the-accdfisa-malware-family-ransomware-targetting-windows-servers/

Happy Birthday!

The server stuff WAS the schoolwork... I have to redo almost EVERYTHING!... I didn't bother making a backup of a server that would just get wiped in another 3 months or so...

It was technically my fault he got in though...

Well at least I got 19 more discs in that set of 30 I just downloaded to listen to. But I think right now I need one of my many requiems... Anyone else like conductor Philippe Herreweghe?

Where's the problem if everything is decrypted? Or just order the password. You'll get paid for it after all.

Maybe this helps: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic449398.html

Edit: It seems some Dutch guy beat me to it ( :D ) and it's probably not relevant at all any more, so forget this post.
