Is this the Noppoo OEM?

I got my Noppoo Choc Mini today and since I'm very curious on "who did what", I went around Google and Alibaba a bit (I didn't notice any other info on the packaging or the device itself...) Is this the Noppoo's actual birthplace?

Seems identical to the Noppoo, but tenkey less, so I guess it's OEM.

You can check using FCC data. Koreans use Another similar agency. I've got a bookmark somewhere.
