Yours is still there. I should have organised the whole shipping thing a bit different to find the switch-only orders much easier. I assumed I get the plates and PCBs much sooner.

No worries man, good to know that the switches have not been lost in transit.

As a side note, how do I request a refund if I paid too much? I sent a message the Phantom, but nothing really happened.

Any updates regarding ^^^ Who should I contact to receive a refund on overpayments?

I have not received my switches either, I ordered 10 of the MXLOCK switches. I'm being patient but I want to know if the switches are actually coming or if there was some kind of problem with the order. In the case of the latter I would just like to receive a refund.

I've packed quite a few orders. All orders which come with Phantom stuff, BTW.

More to be packed ....

Can you just put up a list of everyone's orders that you've shipped? That would be VERY much appreciated by everybody. Because I have no idea whether my switches are in your possession, biniaris's, on their way to me, or lost in transit...

I'm afraid I've shipped them to Biniaris.

I still have 2 packages for him, I will take a look. I consider to ship all remaining switches directly, as I already do with all non-US shippings.

So I should go bug Biniaris? I doubt my luck is good enough for you to still have my switches if there are only 2 packages left to ship to him...

I've waited over half a year... You'd think since the switches were received by 7bit ages ago that I would have mine by now... Fuck... How much longer until Biniaris ships my switches?

Is it still possible to order switches now? More importantly, when would I receive the switches if I did order?

7bit: I (we) have been _extremely_ patient so far, but I can tell you that I'm just about to loose my patience. You stated earlier on GH that "Switches will ship within the next few days (20-27 July 2012)", and the 27th is 17(!) days ago, but I have still not received my switches! I did not order any "phantom parts", only switches, so there is no reason for you to take this long to ship them. (Please note that I'm not counting the days from the previously promised shipping dates.)
Please keep in mind that by continuously delaying the shipping of our switches, you not only piss people off, but you reflect badly on the whole group buying community that we have here. I, for one, feel reluctant to join another group buy after this experience and if others feel the same, this might hurt those that wish to participate in a group buy.
So I sincerely ask of you, get organized and get those switches shipped ASAP!!!

Best Regards
/Nakkor

Complicated math ahead:

I still have $6.40 in my account from the first MX round. So when I had to pay for the current round I simply subtracted that. Unfortunately I didn't really read the invoice and got the Round 4 invoice. Where also was something in the account. So I subtracted too much.

Have to pay: $48.88
Payed: $41.40
MX account: $6.40 (invoice 70)
R4 account: $7.48 (invoice 339)

After everything paid, I should still have $ 6.40 in my account. Just, it doesn't seem to work like that... What to do?
