Alright guys, what size are you looking for specifically? Does 18" x 12" with a pixel resolution of 2700x1800 seem to work? It's roughly the size of a plate placing mat. Let me know. Pricing will be around 18 bucks initially until we can figure out how to get cost down buy having more demand. Let me know!!

450x900mm would be a good size for me, could be a little smaller.

Something getting on for that size would certainly interest me, although 18"x12" wouldn't be too bad either.

18" x 13" or 18" x 12" 18" x 14" all fine for me.
Let the others say what they prefer and we take the who fits mosts....

for 18 bucks i would like to take 2.

well don't hesitate to send me images or links to treble318@yahoo.com. I will post the proof on this link of possible, if not I will send it your email. Remember for the larger mouse pad 18x12 the pixel resolution should be a minimum of 2700x1800, larger better. Anything smaller I will have to enlarge, resulting in blown up pixel and loss of quality. Although boarder fillers are an option to preserve the native resolution if it does not fit all the mouse pad completely. Either way the final decision is up to you guys!! =)

Biggest mouse pad available as of right now is 18" x 12" with a pixel resolution of 2700x1800, hope that works. To get an idea of size it is about the size of the standard table plate placing mats.

BUMP FOR GREAT JUSTICE
So just to clarify (and you might want to update both OP's with such info :) ),
currently you are offering two sizes, 9.25"x7.75" (approx. 24x20cm) and 18"x12" (approx. 46x31cm) at $5.50 and $18.- respectively *[!]including worldwide shipping[!] and your own personal custom image printed*.
I am wondering though, do you only accept paypal or is an IBAN banktransfer an option for you?
Also, props on being your own worst critic- the way it's meant to be (re your thread on GH, quality issues and such). :D
And, regarding dan's review, is there any remote possibility to have the sides stitched (for a proper durable professional finish)? Otherwise that'll have to be done diy-ish here, no problem either, just won't look as awesome ;)

Quick question;

What is the smallest font size (either in pixel height or mm) thats still easy to read? Id love to design me a cheat-sheet mouse-mat for a couple games (yes, my memory is that horrible) but for this to work i need the text to be clearly visible.

Thanks for the reiteration! =) To keep cost low we never thought about stitching because that would require more labor hours in turn driving cost up more. For now paypal is the only paying method because it is convenient, I will look into IBAN bankstransfer.

.5cm height should be clearly visible, anything smaller I think will be harder to read but it all depends on everyone's preference and eyes !! Shoot me a picture of your design and I will send you a proof we can work from there. =) Thanks again for your interest!

I just checked about United States taking IBAN , this is what I have found through wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internatio ... unt_Number

"Banks in the United States do not provide IBAN format account numbers. Any adoption of the IBAN standard by U.S. banks would likely be initiated by ANSI ASC X9, the U.S. financial services standards development organization but to date it has not done so. Hence payments to U.S. bank accounts from outside the U.S. are prone to errors of routing."

"Banks in the United States do not provide IBAN format account numbers... Hence payments to U.S. bank accounts from outside the U.S. are prone to errors of routing."[/quote]
"In the absence of an IBAN it remains necessary to use the current ISO 9362 Bank Identifier Code system (BIC or SWIFT code) in conjunction with the BBAN."
It says on the line before that; don't really know what a country specific BasicBankAccountNumber is though.

Did just check with my bank, and what they say on costs is this:
Code: Select all
Shared cost (SHA) = 0,1% over the amount (min. € 5,00 & max. € 50,00)  *here the receiving bank will still somehow want payment from the receiving party, unspecified how though
Our cost (OUR) = 0,1% over the amount (min. € 5,00 & max. € 50,00) plus € 9,00
Beneficiary cost (BEN) = 0,1% of the amount (min. € 5,00 & max € 50,00) will be witheld. The bank of the benificiary will withhold their costs from the amount transfered on top of our costs.
Where SHA/OUR/BEN are payment options that point to who will pay the transfer costs basically.
So all in all, it seems too expensive for these small amounts sadly. :(

What kind of fabric do you use? How does it perform, how well do mice glide compared to other pads?

Yeah, I was interested a while ago, but thought it would be too small, now that there's a larger size I'm totally getting one soon.

I don't have trouble using it with my mouse, but I never tried any high tier mousepad. But I think most of the gliding perceiption are defined by the teflon of the mouse IMO.

Its kind of a synthetic that gives a lot of control, its fine for general use but not at the level of the dedicated ultraglide gaming mats I have. Maybe if you are a very control-centric player?

And @Djuzuh, I think the mat has at least equal impact on gliding compared to the mouse feet. I've bought dedicated feet and mats many times so I should know!
