If you sent a payment in the past week and you just today got an email from Paypal saying that your order has been "Marked as Shipped" you'll notice that the "Shipping Company" is listed as "7bit" and the "Tracking Number" is your R4 invoice number.

As I've posted before, the invoice payments are "Marked as Shipped" in Paypal when the payments are processed for sending to the invoicing bot. I've just started processing this weeks payments, so you are getting the email from Paypal.

Keycaps are not actually shipping now. They will ship after SP has been paid, they manufacture the keycaps, send them to 7bit, he sorts them and then sends them to you. We are still in the order phase, not even final payment phase.

I'll post the list of this weeks payments shortly, as I have been doing.

There are still plenty of keycaps available to be ordered. See 7bit's list. Order 'em up!

When I process your payment I mark it in Paypal as "Marked as Shipped" so Paypal will send you an email with your "Shipping Info", which will show the "Shipping Company" as "7bit" and the "Tracking Number" as your R4 Invoice Number. Paypal has been known to lock accounts, freezing up the funds if a "Retailer" does not ship goods out within a certain time period. Since our group buys don't work like a regular retail business, that causes a problem for us. So to avoid having the account locked I mark the payments to make Paypal happy.
Keep in mind that your keycaps have not actually shipped yet. They will be shipped to you by 7bit when manufacturing is complete and Signature Plastics sends them to 7bit for distribution to us. I'm sorry if this caused any confusion or excitement on seeing the message from Paypal. ;-)

What is the criteria to be filled before the order is made at SP? Are we waiting for everyone to pay, or for every item to get sold and everyone to pay, or something else?

I think orders to SP have been placed in the past with 50% of the funds, but I'm not involved in the ordering process so I don't know how it will be done in this case.

Anyway, my order is sorted. Went with Retro over SPH. Much as I love the SPH look, I just hate typing on them. One last question. Your email says NO GIFT - is any other payment method valid? Personal / Payment owed?

I just changed my address, as I'm moving this week. The new address contains "Umlaute" - should I use \"u or {\"u}?

Btw. I'll send the remaining EURos this week and there's no way you can trick me into ordering more - again!

I'm waiting for the plates, PCBs and controllers. Biniaris said he sent them off, so they hopefully arrive here before the end of the week.

The PCBs must be placed under the switches and the plates stabilise the whole thing. Then come the key caps on top.

I assume 2 months for production and 3 weeks for shipping.

OK. I read through the wiki for a more clear understanding of the order process. I've submitted a CLEARALL to clear my last order, and sent in a new one for:

ROUND3/TKL

My last question: I'm a bit confused about the picture specific modifier. I'd like a Command key in the same Round3 style, but am unsure which one I need to complete the TKL set on a Filco MJ2

COMMAND100 1 units modifier
COMMAND125 1.25 units modifier
COMMAND150 1.5 units modifier

If anyone could help me clear that up it would be great, thanks!

If you did CLEARALL and only ordered ROUND3/TKL so far, make sure to order also ROUND3/SPACE/<$colour>.
