[Group buy] Round 4 / packing (98.1%) / dummy (0%) / shipping (8.2%)

From my latest invoice, that I received only seconds ago, after I had already paid over 50% of the total sum.
LOWQTYFEES |Low qty fees (order more to get these down!)| | | |76.70

This is a joke, right?

Well, I would have bought more stuff if I could have got adapter kits and novelty keys in the same order ...

No joke. Reality!

Low quantitiy kits pull down the others. Please notice that some of the base prices went down!

No extra shipping costs, BTW!

Wow. I just got my email. The prices were already ludicrously high before the "low qty fees". I'm now being asked to pay $259 for basically one full set of keys plus a few extra modifier keys. :o :o :o :o

Am I missing something here? I thought removing the unpopular kits was supposed to bring the prices down.

At this point, I think I could get the keycaps cheaper by paying a craftsman to hand carve them out of ivory.

Just order more FR and BEPO stuff and it goes down!

Please notice that the per kit prices went down, so it might be cheaper to order more.

Also, consider that you will never ever get BEPO or NEO or some laguage kits in doubleshots anymore!

This is the last time I do this. It is insane, all those options and combinations of options....

Well. I am not paying $76.60 more. I want only the keys I ordered for $22 + reasonable shipping, or get back the 10 Euro that I have already paid.

Try

if the full STANDARD kit is too expensive.

With windows keys or without?

Which style?

SPH, ROUND3, RETRO, NOIR ???
Let's try RETRO first:
RETRO/STANDARDDE
RETRO/SPACE

I'm unsure about the space bar of the QPAD-Mk50. Please remove it carefully (at your own risk!) and measure the distances of the key mounts and the overall width of the space bar). Sometimes, a picture helps.

Darn, if it's the last time you arrange this, I guess I have to jump in.

Though, I have a question (I did my best to understand, I swear, but I still feel not sure about this one):
I have a Filco TKL and I would like to have it with Dvorak layout and the pictured control keys.
Are the pictured controlled key included in NOIR/TKLDVORAK or should I go with NOIR/ALPHADVORAK + NOIR/SYMTKL ?
Plus: are the tape drive and keyboard key available ?

Hey, I'm considering ordering a SPH/TKL kit for a keycool 87 (a Leopold knockoff). Does this come with a spacebar or do you have to order that separately? I modified someone else's invoice, would this quote be accurate for this set (assuming separate spacebar)?

Code: Select all
Order-ID        |Description                                 |Price|Qty|Pcs|  Total
SPH/TKL         |TKL kit (87 keys)$STD                       |60.00|  1| 93|  60.00
SPH/SPACE       |6.25 units Filco/Cherry/Leopold             | 2.00|  1|  1|   2.00
                |low quantity fee (only 15 orders)           | 3.40|   |   |
                |                                            |     |   |   |
Sum             |before fees                                 |     |   | 94|  62.00
                |Shipping costs                              |     |   |   |  12.00
LOWQTYFEES      |Low qty fees (order more to get these down!)|     |   |   |   3.40
PAYPALINT       |PayPal fees International                   | 3.9%|   |   |   3.01
Total           |                                            |     |   | 94|  80.41

I'm planning on searching for old keycaps at the upcomming Queen's Day (people sell their old crap), but I do like the look of those sphericals :).

NOIR/ISO contains some key caps you might find useful when you move to Sandinavia, so you don't need to buy new key caps. If you want to stay in germany or Austria, just take the NOIR/STANDARDDE kit.

Yup, would be the one you need. But better take a look if the space bar really fits (jsut measure the distances of the keymounts).
