Indeed! At one point I told myself I would never buy one of those when a simple CM Storm will do... but I've had two so far lol

Not really. By the time the leo has had shipping and tax put on from importing it is about the same cost as a filco.

Bunch of price drops. If I can't make something quick I won't be able to afford my train tickets to work next week!

This is as low as I'm going to go.

Sorry buddy! The Leopold doesn't come in ISO, only ANSI and I had to import it.

In fact none of the low priced good quality brands do ISO - no Pokers, Noppoos, Leopolds, Rosewills, HPE's, Ducky's, PLU's, etc

I know, when I was typing that passage I was going to reword it to say "popular" but I was dropping dead at the time just didn't think it worth the effort of rethinking the entire sentence from scratch.

Without a doubt Noppoos and Pokers fail in quality. Anyone who has tried any decent keyboard I am sure will agree.

Thanks for clearing that up mate.

That clear leopold is tempting. Maybe if it is still there on payday.

Lol no problem, I'm awaiting payday too! 26th for me.

I'll most likely give the Leopold a strip clean this weekend and take some (actually) nice pictures. Dust n' lint looks so bad under flash :)

If no one buys the Leopold I'll probably start an ergo clear mod - if I can source some springs

IF you do, just test a single key first before you dive in for the full monty.. I'm sure you can nab a blue/brown/red spring from some board just for a small test; having tried one single switch this weekend I was quite confused!~

I have an interested buyer now!

But anyway, I can nab a single spring easily, are you sure I can get the full feeling with just trying one switch?

Well no ofcourse not, but it will give you an indication of what to expect. And I'd say you would probably be surprised. ;)

Very mysterious :)

Now I'm more intrigued, so I take it when you tried the single you were dumbfounded? Have you tried a board of them yet?
