Nice! I think that most people will really like the black colour.
It will make them a bit difficult to mod, though...

I am still a bit surprised by how many people had ordered the 7bit layout.

In black... looking very slick, bloody awesome.

Incidentally, how'd they get to be so cheap? Just because of a good deal and a decent number of orders (guessing from the pic about 100, but I'm horrible at guessing such things)?

So I just installed one of my 7x stabilizers on the new black anodized Phantom plate. Co-star stabilizer inserts and clips fit perfectly on the new plate!

NO FILING NECESSARY!! Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!

Awesome work, Prins and BiNiaRiS!

Do you have any idea how much longer it will be until we can hold all our ordered phantom parts in our hands? An estimation would be really great!

That's true. Some more transparency what we are waiting for would be great.

Parts are being cross shipped between 7bit and BiNiaRiS. Need an update on if he received all 7bit's switches and where he is at sorting.

Actually stabilizers can be installed last, after everything is soldered and even mounted in the case. Providing litster is correct of course that there is no filing required. That is a lot easier to do before anything is mounted in the plate...

So plates, PCBs and stabs should reach 7bit about next week?

If anyone have any extras they would like to part with, please let me know. Looking for PHISOWIN or one as close to it as possible. I could get the plates made myself if need be, teensy could be bought elsewhere as well as switches. THe PCB however is the tricky part.

I ordered three versions of plates (incl. ISO), three PCBs and many different switches.
When I am sure which combination is my favorit I will sell the other ones.

I still need the plates etc. When I've got them it should take a week or 2. The switches are all packed already.

Thx. I guess there will be a couple up for sale in a while. I was hoping that I could get one which wasn't already soldered so that I could choose the switches I wanted without having to desolder much. I will keep a lookout though.

I may have a spare PHISOWIN or PHISO later on. It depends on how lucky I get with a plate layout mod that I am planning to do. I have no extra PCB, unfortunately.
