Hi,

Just to clarify, are you selling the board and the keycaps together, and are the keycaps doubleshots?

Also, can you tell me where to get the springs to convert black keys to 'ghetto' red?

Thanks

the keycaps are lasered PBT (used, but washed at 60 degree).
WASD Key is doublehot (new).
you got all keycaps on the pic plus the keycaps from the tenkey i saw off.

mostly i took my springs from new boards like Cherry G80-3000LSCDE or something like that.

Would it be possible to either completely remove the arrow keys or keep all four of them?

both is possible, but i always think i should
move the 3 arrow key closer to the rest of the keys.

so there is no space between up and enter and left an right.
but for this i have to make completly new position fot three switches...

Might be interested in the board above w/ the black switches. You are selling the boards and the keys together right?
Anything coming downstream with blue switches?

I was thinking of making a three piece wooden enclosure (bottom board, composite surround, top layer with key holes).

both boards come with black switches.
the color of keycaps is different ;)
unfortunately something with blue switches would more than double the price :(

Would it be possible to remove the F-row and keep the main cluster only, like a Poker?

Possible is everything...
But look at the pics. Look where the controller is located and the wires connected to the bigger part of the pcb...
Far too much work. Would be easier to use a new controller and a complete new matrix...
