WTB Leopold FC700R

I have a black FC700R with MX Browns in it and absolutely love it. So now I'm looking for one or two more in the grey and/or white color. Ideally with MX Blues or Reds since I do not own a keyboard with either of those keys and want to test them out.

Or if someone knows how to help me order from the Leopold Korean site that could be another option and I'll hook you up with a gift of some sort. If a couple people wanted this I wonder if one order from the Korean site to the states and then shipping again could help us save money. I think DanGWanG was looking for a white one.

The problem is payment. Not easy, you really have to either go there (you can walk into the building and buy) or know somebody.

Look for agents that handle Korean transactions.

Australia has 'em. I really don't understand why EliteKeyboards doesn't.

Gotta sell his old stuff. For some odd reason I think he had a ton of fullsize Cherry Browns IIRC.

OR maybe the increased pricepoint he doesn't think will work since Rosewill is about to kick ass with new models.

OOOOPs. Bad link. BRB.

Yeah there's nothing about new models from Rosewill in that link. Good thing you blamed him before checking your own work.

So is there anything else good about the rosewills other than being cheap and some new models with back lighting? The pictures just looked like ABS caps, and the backlit is the typical clear caps with a rubbery coating that wears into nice blobs where letters used to be.

The good thing about the FC700Rs is that they come with PBT caps already which I know you are well aware of. A nicer keyboard is just going to cost more: Rosewill < Leopold FC200 and FC500 < Leopold FC700. $$$

I'm just saying Rosewill PRICING is so aggressive brian is slow moving to higher price point FC700Rs.

Marketing 101.

At some point though quality has more desire than cheap pricing or else everyone would drive Ford, Chevy, and Korean cars. Sure there are always some people that just don't know any better. I think part of the problem is not enough people know about elitekeyboards and mechanicalkeyboards web sites to make their purchases.

Thank you so much for posting that link. Ordered a "jeokchuk" FC700R grey (w00t!)
For only ₩135,000+₩25,800 S&H = ₩160,800 (which today is $145.86). I was looking all over for a way to order it. Thanks again!

Btw, payment was with Paypal. No issues. I've ordered other things from Korea, and it takes a little longer than the local Amazon warehouse, but it's still pretty fast (1.5-2 weeks iirc).

I've seen that gmarket link but seems to me that all the gray boards are with asian (한글) keycaps.
Am i wrong?

We will soon find out :) FYI afaik, the "Asian" keycaps are English with the Korean kanji strokes on the side (similar to how FN alternate keys are printed)

And yes, you are wrong :( Here is a link to Leopold's website for the FC700R (scroll down to the middle of the page):

Both colors are available in printed, dark printed, and English/Korean printed caps.

The "photo" on the gmarket link does not indicate asian caps, and there is nothing about the caps in the translated page, but that doesn't mean anything. Presumably you could contact their seller directly and ask for it specifically like on Ebay, but I will let you know when it arrives what he sent me.
