I have a Zowie EC1 that I really love, but the scroll wheel is squeeking and gets stuck sometimes.

Is it possible to luube it or will it make it worse? I dont really want to open it up before I know if its doable.

Have you opened the mouse up yet to see if its not just really dirty with some small debris stuck against the wheel or something?

No I have not, but since people don't seem to know if it's luubable I will open it up anyway and but another mouse if I fuck it up. But it's not fun to buy mice, I'd rather buy new keyboards for the money.

It's a common problem with Zowie EC mices, you should RMA.

Haha, I think I'm going to buy a Steelseries Kana instead, might open the mouse up and check it out when I got the new mouse. I'm tired of Zowie now anyway, it's the second mouse that brakes down.. Love the design, hate the quiality.
