A 'Pro' key - hmmm

With the 'Pro' key enabled, the Right Alt key becomes Ctrl + Alt and the Right Ctrl key becomes Ctrl + Shift.

This was something requested by the distributor with the idea being that people using things like Visual Studio or Photoshop would benefit from the shortcuts.

Having not really used either of those programs, I'm interested to know how useful these macros would be?

I wish I liked Topres more. That's hot.

That pro-key seems like a really silly idea that will take longer to get used to and actually disturb your work-flow if you are used to using ctrl+alt for ages. Other than that, the board looks really nice.

the grey looks like the colour they used in their 10th anniverary edition, i hope they will soon release this colour in their keypad replacement set.

I don't think they intend on releasing an 87 key variant of this one, unfortunately.

How long do you think it will be before those 87U anniversary look alike keys become available to buy on their own?

if the 104 pro is a regular production model, then not before long i guess. they also need a nice green to complete the palette. i suppose it is good business for them too. maybe they might consider releasing mx dye sub caps too...

On one of the pictures, it says: 2012年1月より中国でREALFORCE 104 PRO ｷｰﾎﾞｰﾄﾞが発売されます。

It will be released in January 2012 in China.

My guess is that we'll only see an 87U variant of this if the 104 is a success.
I'm also guessing that most people who want to see an 87U won't care about the 'Pro' function.

Yes, it's China only for now, but I am sure there will be avenues for those outside of China trying to get this board.
