HP Proliant ML350 G4p -- Problems

Is anyone here particularly knowledgeable when it comes to HP Servers? I obtained a HP Proliant ML350 G4p, unknown speed Xeon, 512mb DDR2 RAM, some Tape drives and etc.

When I turn on the system, it makes noise, and eventually looks like it is loading data from the SCSI drives, but I get no video feed. I tried multiple monitors, and doing a CMOS clear, along with a change to a dipp switch on the board to completly clear the CMOS, but no luck. Someone on a board instructed to move the pins on the CLRCMOS from 1-2 to 2-3 for 15min, but I can not find any resources that can explain where these pins would exist. I looked all over the board and nothing.

I have a very good hope to get this system working, I got it along with a bunch of other items very cheap and I was hoping to turn this into a study server.

Not sure if this would help you. But if I was in your situation, I'd find a little CRXXXX battery and remove-reinsert / replace it.

To boldly go where no innovator has gone before : always engage at full trust.
The server is shit, will probably sell for parts. Got it with a massive craigslist purchase and need to work on getting other items working.
