I'm in your same situation with kisakuku, t!ng. I traded with him before without problems, and I hope also this time he will ship the stuff he owes us in the end.

I know this has been suggested and rejected before, but I believe we need a ranking system for traders.

Now that Geekhack is back, should we try and bring up the case there?

EDIT: I think the moderators here and or on Geekhack should do something about this. Like, try to contact Kisa and possibly banning him if he refuses to ship the stuff he owes to people.
To be more specific about my case, here's what he owes me:
- 1x SDL to USB cable;
- 1x teensy.
He stated he had received this stuff on May 10th.

But seriously, you’re right: he may refuse to even accept delivery on the letter, which would get you exactly no further forward than you are now. It’s also possible that something has happened in his life which has taken his mind off the outstanding orders, but without knowing for sure, it’s frustrating.
