Having problems with the MIDWIN software, when I try to open it I get "Failed to open PortIo device: error=2" so... suggestions?

Use the ChangeMe Software instead

Seems not to be a Tipro error message, but a Windows error message.
Do you happen to use a 64 bit Windows version?
As far as I know, ChangeMe requires a 32 bit version.

Do you have administrator access on the PC? It's needed to program an Access-IS keyboard.
