[Photos] KMAC LE

Just finished assembling a KMAC LE winkeyless silver. :)
Used black switches with 55g springs and oiled sliders.

slick!
LE= christmas Lights Edition?
And 55g, that makes them ghetto reds right? are these nicked from brown/blue/red or custom springs?
*edit: and I like how the capslock turns purple from the blues.

That would make them 45g. They must be custom springs.

Depends what 55g is measuring:
activation force?
reset force?
peak force?
bottoming out force? (which is what I suspect the 55g is)

Korean gold karma springs remain mysterious to me. I believe in Western Science like Hooke's Law.

Cherry Corp has a good description in their switch catalog that I stuck in a Wiki somewhere.

They are custom springs and I used multi-color LED of which light color changes into red, blue, purple and white over time.

so, I've used non-slip mat between PCB and bottom shell to reduce the resonance. :)
