It's a fairly classic ASCII layout, so has that going for it, although the return/caps lock position isn't great.

Hardly rare, lasered legends, Cherry MY Switches...
The caps are MX compatible but lasered Cherrys never look as good as double shots or dye-subs.

Very much looks like it! The switch between concave and convex key tops on the bottom suggests it.

Well, it is a bit rare, since it's Belgian layout. Not very desirable though :P

True! So it's a good buy if you are looking for a cheap belgian MX compatible set. If you dig the slightly darker retro look of the caps it's practically a steal :D

Incompatible bottom row, though, which is no good!

Yeah even a belgian guy does not want it !

edit : perhaps for the pbt space bar but it is too expensive for a key

You need a 3000SAB or HKNBE Sayso ;)

The BE layout is quite rare, I don't even think about the SAB version or the HKNBE :(

Very nice board, though I must be too young to understand the legends on the numpad.

That's definitely not an AT101/102.

I would say, Silitek SK-1000REW Dell QuietKey, one of the ones with "QuietKey" logo missing from beside the Dell logo.

I had one years ago, and I really liked it, but whether I'd still like it now, I have no idea. Mine died.

The top area of the case above the function keys is larger on the Dell AT 101/102, also the Dell logo is bigger.

Well, the giveaway is that the AT101/AT102 series is banana shaped :)

The QuietKey series was flat.

New Acers 6311/6312 keyboards are worth having as they have really nice dye-sub Alps mount keycaps on them, in both ANSI and ISO. Not sure on that layout though …

Beamsprings.

I don't think this one was posted up yet (wow! very symmetry!):

Notice the `I use lots of bubble wrap so do not worry!'; he's the seller I won the auction for the other board a couple of days ago. I messaged him asking him to pack it up nice to avoid brokens keys and bent stems, so he's added that into his listings now :)

This one I think I already posted:

Yamaha C1 Music Computer http://www.ebay.de/itm/191260286070
Could be Hirose Cherry switches and/or triple shot keycaps. Also: Dolch scheme.

Edit: Corrected link.

Um … got a digit missing from that or something?

29 Jul 2014, 09:40

Yeah sorry, corrected it. Actually no triple shots, if i see that correctly, but interesting nonetheless. Notice, that the seller has changed z and y so they look a bit wonky because of the wrong row profile.

Attention this is an object from the same guy for the cherry G81-3000SAU who is doing shill bidding.

@Nuum : can you give a source for an exemple of C1 with hirose ? the QX3 has hirose (white or orange) but never see C1 with them.

User avatar
Nuum

29 Jul 2014, 13:27

That's why I said "could be", the QX1 has them, too, as far as I know. Also the keycaps look similar.
Actually I know nothing about these, if you do know more, please share.
