Sadly it’s still being held by customs.

I think my new Model F keyboard was impounded by Australian customs (a few weeks ago) as a potential danger posed to Australia :cry:

When I look up the status explanation I get:

"Customs Clearance Delay is when your parcel has been held by Australian Customs or the Department of Agriculture ...

Just tried out the floss mod on my F77, and it's wonderful . All of the clickiness and none of the ringing, for maybe an hour of work and $5. Whoever came up with it originally is a genius.



I tried with an inside strand from a paracord and it reduced the pinging quite noticeably, but not ...

The Cherry MX compatibility is a great feature for me since I like experimenting with different keycaps and profiles.

I am surprised and disappointed there isn't more interest in the buckling spring set. Having a quality set with white legends on black would be awesome, given that such a thing is so rare for buckling spring caps. And double shot is also rare for buckling spring keycaps.

So a funny thing happened when cleaning my compact F62. I removed the case to dust it and I happened to rest the case top over the mechanism for a moment ... and the keyboard looked so much cooler with an inclined top.
