My ErgoDox arrived yesterday. The Dutch postal service, who did the custom declaration, categorized it as parts of not further defined musical instruments
Since the declaration reads "keyboard parts" (or at least it did for me), they might have thought that it makes more sense to be buying ...

Thanks TDub. Unfortunately I missed it (though I did try searching around a bit to see what else people have done, and couldn't see much, so I just made my own thread about it). I suppose looking for enough people who want to get a QWERTY DCS set might be difficult, since so few people actually have ...

[IC] ErgoDox labelled keycaps
All of the caps sold thus far at MassDrop for the ErgoDox have been blank keycaps. I, for one, really like homing bumps and rely on them a lot, and I also just don't like the look of blank keycaps. Less important but they make things difficult for other people to use my keyboard.
So, I'd like to ...

I'd like to get some labelled keycaps, but it does seem to be rather expensive. $70 at WASD plus shipping will get me a full regular 104 set which won't get me all the caps I need. Given the configurability of this keyboard, organizing a labelled group buy would be difficult, especially with DCS ...

Mine arrived yesterday (I'm in Canada) and I'm typing on it now! To be frank I think I would have been fine with my CM Storm, but... well, what can I say, the ErgoDox is just too cool :) I'm finding myself ambivalent to non-staggered layouts; while they're theoretically better I have trouble doing ...

I like it when my OS interface is as obfuscated as that. I have KDE setup so that, with no windows open or with all of them minimized, there's nothing at all visible except the desktop backgrounds. You have to press a mouse button to get to the task list, clock, tray, and other widgets, that hover ...

Now that this thread has migrated over here, I'll re-iterate my interest. My ideal is to get two keyboards, one with blues, one with browns, for no more than $500 including all materials (keycaps, switches, resistors/caps/LEDs), though I can assemble them myself (including soldering, probably). I'd ...
