I am trying to understand. What size spacebar is being used? The holes currently being used were or were not produced by my tool. If they were, are they too close to the bend in the wire and would need to be move out?

If the costar stabilizers were cut by my tool and are too wide, I can look to add ...

Make sure you discuss with the fab shop how they handle kerf. If you are not aware, kerf is the width of the cut ...

As to not repeat everything I put on GH, here is the documentation I was referring to for the 'hidden' feature. This feature has lots of potential uses, including Alps only cutouts. I will hopefully get the Alps stabilizer support added soon.

Haha... That is all configurable. For the sandwich case you need at least 4 and it supports any even number greater than 4.

This is an awesome tool! Any chance that you can update the application to support layouts like the ErgoDox or something similar to it? I'm working on a gamepad layout that is similar to the hand layout of the ErgoDox.
