I'm up to translate parts if i manage to find the free time.

I'd suggest a shared document, where ppl can just paste the parts they did translate and an additional spreadsheet, where ppl can reserve pages to translate to prevent duplicates.

I'm using cheap O-Rings from china, off of ebay on all my keyboards.
I don't really like the dampened sound, but highly prefer the softer feel when bottoming out. It feels like it puts less strain on my finger joints when typing for longer durations.

So, I bought a Tipro TMC-KMCV-C13-025 (16x8 Matrix, PS2), cause why not and i wanted to try a non staggered keyboard layout.
So far i had no time to install a 32-bit OS, so i couldn't reprogramm it yet, that didn't stop me from thinking about the Layout im going to use though.

You can use a metal screw aswell.
Screw it into the stem and slowly pull it up with pliers.

Just make sure the diameter of the screw is small enough, so the stem doesn't bend and sticks even harder.

Das einpraegen der Tastenposition ist nicht das Problem, bisher hat es mich nur noch nicht gestoert oe zu tippen deshalb habe ich meinen kleinen Finger ...

Weitere Moeglichkeit waere es der Autokorrektur beizubringen oe/ue/ae/sz in die entsprechenden Zeichen umzuwandeln.
Ich war bisher einfach zu faul mir die Umlaute einzupraegen und treffe sie blind zu unbestaendig...

This might be of interest to someone. The cases are almost the same, only little differences (like the rubber padding under the controller in the g81 and the opening for the cable). Other than those slight differences (which might be due to the age of the g81) it's the same ...
