With the 25 PCBs in stock, I think you're in a good position to sell them. I'd offer them on github first - for people that just need the PCB but can source the rest (in their own countries - thinking of the USA, where there are many many Model Ms for sale today).

Anybody here selling a full size ISO clicky keyboard (looking for a more modern keyboard so no model Ms)? Not looking for the cheapest, but ok-ish quality.

Anyway beyond all that the board is near mint and absolutely lovely to use, as quite a pingy ring to it (not unlike that found in an Alps SKCL board) which I quite enjoy

Not necessarily - as noted on the product pages you would want to check the production keycap photos to see if they cover your desired key arrangement. From what I can see, the sets include the 1U | \, 1U Fn, 1.75U Right Shift, but not a 1.5 backspace, 1.75 Ctrl, or 1.25 caps lock. As noted earlier,

Yes, the keyboard mappings are editable on the Python script, it is not an extremely easy task but some people have made their own custom mappings.

Nah I'm probably as old as you and custom/specialized keyboards were always cool. In the same way that Zoo York watches and apparel have been cool since the early '90s. You can be "hip" and also be into nice stuff like mechanical watches and mechanical keyboards. Interscope has just found a revenue vector
