Anybody heard of this one? Yesterday was the first day officially open to the public, and they did over $1 MILLION the first day. Supposed to be a competitor to Amazon. Interestingly, they even include an 800 phone number on the home page! Try finding relevant phone numbers for Amazon, and you are SOL.

Their return policy is almost the same as Amazon, as far as defective or damaged goes. But if you simply don't want it, then you have to pay return shipping. For damaged or defective, you do not pay return shipping. They do not allow used or refurb items at this time.
