Just a word of caution (if only to myself as I seem to *keep* being caught out by this).

If something isn't right then raise a complaint! I've had sellers winge and play merry hell when I've done this in the past - generally when I've had no communication, however, once again I've been caught out with the 30 day rule - don't complain in 30 days officially by starting a 'dispute' (i.e., giving the seller the benefit of the doubt when sorting an order out) and you can kiss any power you have over them goodbye.

Remember, if it isn't right lodge an official complaint - there are unscrupulous sellers out there who just want to run down the clock.

Note however that if you have paid by paypal that you do have a bit more time to sort out a dispute - they will take up a case (and a claim if it can't be sorted) after 30 days.
