Network problems at our hosting provider

Our hosting provider Hetzner seems to be under attack right now, resulting in unpredictable response times. We were not reachable for 15-30 minutes, and some people still report problems. From their status page:

Description: We have unfortunately just experienced a large incoming attack on a server in RZ19.

We have resolved the issue and are currently dropping the udp traffic for 144.76.36.0/27. It appears the Attack switches targets, we'll may need to put additional IP or Subnet on this filter rules.

During the Peak the Attack has overflow one of our Uplinks. Our Countermeasure are now showing effect. Unfortunately the result is that also customers from other DCs might got affected.
