Mechanical keyboard help!

i just recently bought a refurbished tt esports mechanical keyboard and 2(v and 0(npad)) keys are very hard to trigger.. like i have to press on them significantly harder than the rest of the keys on the keyboard. any suggestions?

Remove the keycap and/or open the switch, take a look to see what's going on.

It's possible there is junk in the switches and that's why it was "refurbished" in the first place.

If you are going to clean a switch use isopropyl alcohol to clean while not damaging the plastic.

It's quite a lot of work getting inside switches in a plate mount keyboard. Which is why PCB mount wins.
