It's a cheap Dell rubberdome keyboard, that comes with their OEM systems.

No, not mechanical, I actually have one in storage as an emergency keyboard (read: emergency in the sense of "end of the world and no mechanical keyboard nowhere"). I kinda like the case design, though.
