That's almost definitely a custom keyboard. I saw someone post about it before on here. Don't remember who though, sorry.

Hi guys. I made this. Note that at the moment it’s not wired together, but just typing on it into the air, I think the layout should be pretty easy to learn, pretty comfortable, and pretty effective.

I like this picture:

If you have questions, shoot me an email. I'm hoping that we can at some point in the next few months get MassDrop to produce a bunch and offer them for sale.

Thanks for the reply Jacobolus. Great ideas. I am thinking about building a keyboard along these lines
- transportable, meaning small, simple shape, flat
- in 1 piece or 2 pieces. A 2 piece kb may or may not be "tentable" (is this an English word ?)
- sym staggered or straight columns
- thumb friendly

Inspirations:
- your designs :D ,
- Atreus
- HHKB/Poker (for being small)
- Esrille and old Japanese M-style and Tron kbs
- Ergodox
- Small Fry. Minus the wrong staggering and spacebar of course

- Typematrix and Davkols matrix: Image (but too big)

- This one by suka: Image

- the chocolate bar: Image
