I'm considering buying a nice, solid case for a TKL board that I recently bought - a HPE 87. There are a lot of beautiful cases made for "Filco" TKLs, but I don't know what that really means in the long run. Are there standardised measurements, specific PCB and mounting plate holes, etc that I should be looking for? Any help would be very much appreciated.

The HPE-87 is a Filco clone. All dimensions are the same, so any case that is made for Filco will fit this one.
They are nice boards, I had one a while ago!
If you need exact measurements let me know which ones you need and I'll measure my Filco!

That's great, thanks for the info chzel! I'd read that they were "clones" but I didn't realise that they were exactly the same. I read at one point that iOne made them, so I wasn't sure if it'd fit. Thanks a lot!
They're very solid boards, especially for the price. I just got one for 40 euro shipped recently and I have to say I'm really impressed!
