The deadline is necessary, because we need to know how many memberships we have to order form the manufacturer.


We will order some extras, just in case they get lost in the mail, or for latecomers. But some memberships might not be available anymore.


As far as I know, deadline will be 7th October 2013.

I think that you should send reminders to people you have not got money from yet. It could just have been some error in the payment procedure, especially if it is done through money transfer.
