Partially due to procrastination on a paper I have to write, and out of boredom, I wanted to share a few pictures of another small collection I have. Iambic Keyer Paddles for HAM radio, and the like. Not sure what the reception will be, but if there is any interest I can take more pics. These guys were so efficient, you only needed 1 key to spell out the entire alphabet. Enjoy.
Vibroplex Bug:
Bencher (BY-2 I believe?)
As always there will be more on the Flickr album here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsk63spji

The Vibroplex was one of my dads, which I need to ask him when that dates back to, as they have been making Vibroplex Bugs for quite a long time now. The Bencher is newer. I picked that up at a Ham fest a few years back, I just love how it looks. For some reason most of them are all incredibly dirty. This set was my cleanest looking bunch. I will get some more accurate dates on them though.

As you know that's often the case with really old items. For some reason most of them are all incredibly dirty.

Wow, that's gorgeous ! That's dangerous to show us such lovely devices. That could lead to some compulsive purchases
