Note: added to wiki: [wiki]Unitek K-258[/wiki]

Unitek did some interesting things on several of their KBs in terms of reducing the length (pretty much getting to the size of modern day TK or an inch longer than an average TKL). They used at least a few OEMs to accomplish that; most notably, Dah Yang and Nan Tan (NTC). Nice example from ramnes' photos of Unitek K-158: http://deskthority.net/photos-f62/unite ... 10314.html.

Unitek K-258 was manufactured by Nan Tan (NTC), although NTC also marketed it under their own name as Nan Tan KB6551. It appears that Dah Yang also manufactured this KB a year later (FCC ID: DKW67MK-258). Anyways, K-258 is an attractive KB with white Alps switches.

Yeah, I add a little milk to my ramen and make it creamy ;)

I can feel the swollen pinkie from that backspace

oh that's nice zts! I love it. Great find. The bottom row is funky. Too bad for the tiny backspace. Personally I don't mind Fat Ass enter, although it looks ugly IMO. Looks to be in really good overall condition. :P

Yes, it's in a very good condition, but these really need to be kept dust/dirt free otherwise they lose smoothness right away ... I've notice that on many white Alps. Very sensitive switches, but I don't mind cleaning them up now and then :)
