I don't know for sure, I just remembered that some Decision Data boards had those magnetic valve switches, and the DT wiki page about it confirmed me that.

No... conductive rubber dome over PCB. There is a known ANPOS IBM 4683 keyboard that was based on Model M tech, but that was a real oddball.

I have a few of these. They're from an RS/6000 graphical workstation.

It's a bunch of function keys with an indicator lamp in each of them.

You can talk to it over a serial port:
