Genovation 683 Keypad: Pictures + Pinout

Somebody asked me to check the pinout of a Genovation 683 keypad because he no longer had a cable.
Because this keypad speaks PS/2 and computers used to have only one PS/2 port, this little thingy was meant to be chained in between your regular keyboard (or even a mouse, in case of a combined keyboard/mouse port on a laptop) and the PC. The keyboard logo on the male PS/2 connector in this case means that it should be plugged into the PC's keyboard port. Now for the pinout of the cable, here's a picture courtesy of Rob-T, the guy who asked me for it the pinout:
If it is hard to see, the connector has the following wires coming out to it, in this case from top to bottom:
