Guess the keyboard

Okay, here are some pictures of a vintage switch.

The cap attaches to the little slider tube, the little pointy thingy goes inside the tube and the small spring on top of it. The large spring is on the outside surrounding everything.
When pressing you first compress the outer spring until some sort of well..not a bump more of a step, the point were it becomes harder to press once you start compressing the inner spring, I think. I haven't been able to measure the point of activation yet because of this:

Now, I'm not sure what kind of weird soldering technique that is.... :p

Anyway, does anybody know who made theses switches?

Hint: There is a date marking from '89. Not sure if that's the production date or something else...

BTW: If anybody knows how to open those "solder joints" I'd be interested. I've never seen something like that before.

Seen this before, but can't remember what it was. I think it was one of those low profile boards with a compact layout. Maybe an OKI switch.
