I ordered a pitiful 4 switches and entered my address (and got paypal confirmation) the 17th of April and I've yet to see them. Now I'm getting worried. Germany->Denmark should not take two months.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Shipped.
Sorry for the delay of your unimportant mini-order.
I still have some switches in stock:
1441 clicky (ALPSMC)
1509 tactile (ALPSMT)

Much appreciated. I was afraid the Danish post system had lost it. Don't worry though, I'll most likely order a 200 pack in the near future when I confirm that these switches are in fact superior to the rather disappointing MX Blue/Brown

I have just the one of each and can say that they're certainly different to MX brown and blue. The tactile Matias is much heavier than a brown. Good! It's more like a clear. The clicky one is quite nice (I'm all about the clicks) with a lower pitch, more Alpsy click than a blue's. I'd like to make a keyboard out of them, but the trouble's in the caps once you look further than Cherry.
Matias doesn't sell those too, does he? Without buying the keyboard under them…

I'm quite sure it wil;l not take long until there is an Alps key caps group buy (sphericals).
I like the clicky ones. The tactile Alps Matias are not so good, but better than clears.

Spherical. Alps. Space Cadet.

No, the Hall effects would have been the right switches. I wanted to order some, but they where already sold out.
The nearest thing are vintage blacks, because the Hall effects are linear.

True.
If you must insist on substance over style…

All in good time! I can order alongside Cherry MX for a combined order, with 4 € postage for the lot, right?

If
someone were to say... arrange a group buy for [D]SA ALPS keycaps, maybe these switches, by virtue of being absolutely awesome, would sell like hotcakes.

First order your switches. Then I start the group buy!

I will order 200 or 400 clicky switches today if you make a group buy of (doubleshot) SA ALPS stem keycaps happen.

Indeed! White, with centred black Helvetica dyesub legends!

Give me a definition of soon and I will send the money for those two packs you just saw come in.

Hyper comes first, then Round 5.

So I take it the ALPS stuff comes in round 5, which is in what, a couple of months? I'm new; have no idea what hyper is.

So many types of switches, so little money!
Is there any way I can combine this order with that of the Cherry switches to save on shipping?
Also, what is the SA family?

Yes, just order.

Will there be another payment update on this thread, or do I have to look at the cherry thread to see if my second payment went through?

You can send a message to CherryMX:
You will get a new invoice which might be updated.

Good stuff. Which one's people's favourite, so far? My bet's on clicky.

I have one of each on my desk at work and the clicky one definitely gets more mileage as a stress reliever
