Keep checking this thread for the actual ship date. This only includes payments to me via Paypal. Note that the address on your Paypal emails is not necessarily the address 7bit will ship your switches to, he ships to the address on your invoice.

That's not exactly fair to the people who have ordered many hundreds of switches from you already... Just sayin'...
A random lotto of people who have ordered switches would be more fair in my opinion. But since they're yours, it's your choice what to do with them.

Yes it is just the switches. No PCB, no plate, no keycaps, etc. The exceptions are nice official Cherry (shipping) bins/boxes in which to store your treasured switches.
