Will anyone have a spare 1u grey Alt key. I'm getting 1 from the Forty/Base kit, but I would really like 2, just in case...I'm also picking up the MOD100 set, but it only has 1u Ctrl/Meta/Super.

Can I use the HONEY/SHIFT125/RED as Iso left shift? it hase the right size, but its row 3 and not row 4... unfortunately there is no row 4 1.25 shift in red

Yes, HONEY/SHIFT125/RED is a red ISO-sized left shift. There are a few row 4 mods available, but SP doesn't have the tooling to make complete set, so this is really a row 3 mod GB.

I'll likely have a red 1u Backspace handy when I'm done, too. Row 1 or 3?

If all keys from row4 are row 3, there should be no problem. i just was concerning, if the letters are row 4 but the shifts then row 3... It's my first GB (i'm sure you realized this quickly )

I want to put it on row 1 to indicate § and the +/- symbol. I use § quite a bit (and for switching windows) on ISO, and I'm missing it.

Mosty of my Cherry keyboards have 7 units. Sadly, the 10 units space bar is unavailable. I've got one which requires 6 units and some Tipros (4 units). Except for an Italian layout G80-1500 I don't have keyboards which require a 6.25 units space bar.

Hmm...I splurged for the MOD100, MOD150 and MOD175 just in case I ended up with a different layout. Maybe that was silly? Although I do like the vintage boards, so maybe it won't be a waste.


I recently picked up a Wyse, but it has very different mods.

Meanwhile, I should have picked an earlier time to start nagging 7bit about a separate white ANSI RETURN key. The white ISO kits are sweet and all, but I can't turn my back on my ANSI.

I'm quite sure there will be some overrun and then come the grab bags, so you might get your extra keys anyway ...
