Put LEDs on my mechanical keyboard

Hi,

I'm french so I may make some english mistakes so sorry~
I have an Epic Gear Dezimator Cherry MX Red keyboard (http://www.epicgear.com/en/products/keyboard/dezimator)
I have some red LEDs in some keys but I would like to have LEDs on all the keys and RGB LEDs. I know it's gonna be hard but I'm motivated if it's possible, I would like it to be in the same style as the Razor Blackwidow Chroma (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pd934M95go) in the end.
Is there any possibilities to do that? I wonder if it's not a bad idea to disassemble my keyboard. Maybe it's not possible to add LEDs, maybe it'll be complicated to make them work like the Blackwidow, needs a software or something like that?
