I've been using these for 28 months(?). Dolch replica from SP, ABS;
aka GH ROUND 1.

Left alt vs. right alt, respectively.
This is partly why I'm not very enthused about keyboards anymore. I have some PBT keycaps to try out later when a Phantom arrives

First Filco, then SP.
Nanu - destroyer of keys.
If it makes you feel any better I got those keys shiny in a month.
However my current keys arrived shiny!

Mine are shiny very easily too .
This is the way it goes. If you don't want them to be shiny or eroded, don't type

On my GB3 i have the most used letters already shiny .
fortunately i type a lot in english

Which means you change your keyboards all the time.

I will be impressed when you wear a hole in them.
Oh wait, Signature Plastics. Those are so thin I wouldn't be impressed.

Before I got this board, I didn’t know you could do this to PBT. You can’t see it that well but yes, there is a very noticeable dent in it. ;P

Plastic shrinkage dimple. Most noticeable on black PBT keys but even IBM space bars have it.
But then your stems are probably on a different place. Hmmm..
Wearing out IBM PBT White dyesubs, now That's something.

Probably a shrinkage dimple, yeah, but where the lasered legend was there’s a 100% non shrinkage caused hole now of the same shape of the former legend.
I don’t think you can wear dye subbed IBM keys like that though. Come back at me in thirty years.

Youch. So what *are* you using Alt for? I only touch that when hitting Alt-F4, which is rare, or opening the menubar; which is even more rare. Granted, I'm on Windows.
Pretty nasty only seeing this now, after having sunk a *bit* of cash into R4. Oh well, still awesome wallpaper it will make.
