Most of the interesting information are found here - http://deskthority.net/wiki/Talk:HHKB_Professional

Num Lock key

According to Shinryuu, there is a Num Lock key which is only accessible when the keyboard is in Mac mode. Fn + Backspace gives Num Lock keycode.

As indicated by switchy, Clear key is actually Num Lock if one were to take a look at a Mac keyboard, the Num Lock key (following source is not by switchy, also ignore the highlighted keys): http://lh5.ggpht.com/_f--g3whFLbk/Sm911NBlLMI/AAAAAAAAAXk/Ba4zAuwlZ-U/s800/mac-keyboard-thumb.jpg

Stop key

Stop is actually Cancel key when the keyboard is in HHK mode (both DIP switch one and DIP switch two is set to OFF position). It sends out a keycode that is/was specific to Sun Solaris machines:

http://compgroups.net/comp.unix.solaris/usb-keyboard-in-sun-blade-100-150/458047

When keyboard is set to any other mode apart from HHK mode the Stop/Cancel key disappears from Fn layer.

The Stop/Cancel key is also mapped as Fn + Q when the keyboard is in forbidden/NA mode. This means both DIP switch one and two must be set to ON position. xmodmap (under *nix OS specifically) resolves the same keycodes for Stop as Cancel. In XKB its keycode's symbolic name is "STOP" and its key symbol is "Cancel". Refer to the xev layouts further on in this Talk page.

Sun mode

Since the release of the very first Happy Hacking Keyboard, the Sun capable Happy Hacking Keyboard has been missing from the entire line-up. Thanks to hasu for pointing out a mode [1] that is specifically labelled as either NA (according to Elitekeyboards website), translated as "Forbidden setting" (according to PFU website for DIP switch configurations - in Japanese only) or otherwise "--" as indicated on the back of one's keyboard. Extra keys has been found in place of where there was meant to be a Sun mode.

Both adhoc_ and Shinryuu (Deskthority IRC handles), these extra keys has been both found and labelled.

This Sun mode specifically only applies to non-JP (as in the one with JIS layout) Professional series. It has so far been tested to work with Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional 2 however. The Professional Classic and HYBRID series don't have this mode. The following image provides a rough idea of a complete overview on HHKB Professional 2:

For the definitions of the fancy/weird logos appearing on the either sides of the spacebar, refer to the actual HHKB Professional2 page for more information.

Note that the specific keys in question for Sun mode are: Q, W, E, R, T, Y, Z, X, C, V and B. The rest of the keys are generally the regular keys. Alphanumeric keys (the keys with the white colouring) have extra keys accessible as usual via Fn layer with the exception of Sun mode specific keys unless the HHKB is set into Sun mode.

According to adhoc_, these Sun keys are not accessible under windows however the keyboard instead acts more like as if it was in Lite mode under windows. A third party software may be able to access it however your mileage may vary.

These specific Sun keys can also be found on a typical Sun keyboard: PFU website - http://www.pfu.fujitsu.com/hhkeyboard/kb_collection/images/type5unix.gif Note: In regards to the extra keys found on HHKB and their relevance to Sun keyboard, refer to the far left of the Sun keyboard layout.

Even if the Sun mode was not enabled, the "Stop" mode still remains under specific DIP switch settings and output the key codes as "Cancel" under *nix.

HHKB Professional 2 in Sun mode can be basically summed up as such (the following layout inherently follows the idea on the HHKB Professional2 page - refer to it for explanation on why the following image would appear as such):
