There are no navigation commands like Page Up, Page Down, Home, End, Insert and Delete.

Look up the Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines from back in the day. (BTW on the note of arrows, the HIG talk pretty much only about office-suite applications, in which case it kind of makes sense to group directions, I imagine.) There's the following (as a table) along with some context and recommendations that I won't quote:

• Left Arrow — Arrow key alone: Left one character — With Option key: Left one word — With Command key or Shift key: To beginning of line
• Right Arrow — Arrow key alone: Right one character — With Option key: Right one word — With Command key or Shift key: To end of line
• Up Arrow — Arrow key alone: Up one line — With Option key: To start of paragraph — With Command key or Shift key: To top of window
• Down Arrow — Arrow key alone: Down one line — With Option key: To end of paragraph — With Command key or Shift key: To bottom of window

These moved the "insertion point" (text cursor) and/or selection. Home, End and Page Up/Down didn't move the text cursor (or selection), but were equivalent to moving the scroll box, unlike on MS Windows later.

BTW there's an interesting excerpt:

To use arrow keys to make a text selection, the user holds down Shift while pressing an arrow key. If it’s important that your Macintosh application makes use of the numeric keypad, you shouldn’t use these Shift–arrow key combinations. This is because the keypad’s codes for the four Shift–arrow key combinations are the same as those for the keypad’s +, *, /, and = keys.
