Unknown Micro Switch Hall effect variant?

I recently got a keypad of eBay that uses Micro Switch Hall effect switches. They’re marked as 4A3S. I don’t see these listed on wiki/Micro_Switch_SD_Series — is it an unknown variant?

Of interest, the 0 key uses two switches, an un wired 6A1D and a 4A1S.
