Conservative estimation at the moment is sometime around the 17th/18th for full functionality. We might get provisional functionality in bursts without any guarantee of persistence (ie, the forum may disappear with data loss at any moment) as early as next monday.

as i said in the op, we're still aiming to have something functional in a few days. but, if that doesn't happen, i have to leave town for a conference starting tuesday, so i can't guarantee that anything will go up while i'm gone. again, conservative estimate. also, it's not a delay since i was deliberately very non-specific about dates previously. this is just a refinement of my previous statement.

Did I miss a post that GH was supposed to be up on the 7th? All I recall is mkawa saying it for sure wouldn't be before the 7th. Of course it's human nature to read things into that and probably should have been expected.
