The fly in the ointment is the numpad 0 key – it has the unnecessary “ins” on it. If somebody has a 0 key without “ins” and it is stabilized with a rod (as opposed to wire stabilized) and wants to sell it to me, I’d be super grateful.

At my first glance, I thought that round knob thing was installed on the F122!

And that can be a magnetic coffee cream stirring platform.

I've used ThinkPads since the early 90s. My all-time favorite was the 701C with the butterfly keyboard. Thomas should do a review of it, there's never been anything like it. And it was a damn good keyboard too.

I love my F122 too and your setup is very similar to mine. But I like my re-legendable keycaps.

If there is such a thing, it would probably have to come from an M-122. But I don't know if the M-122 used a wire stabilizer under that key or an insert stabilizer.

An average model M is around 60usd, most model F are around 150usd, your prices are way off

you guys ... can't you see that restoring a keyboard is much more fun and less expensive than buying a one converted and all ?

I don't really see why you would pay as much as twice as much for the same keyboard when all the fun as been taking from it...
