IDENTIFY THE KEYBOARD thread

Earlier today I posted a keyboard to this thread for identification. Now I see this very keyboard at the top of Deskthority. This is the most synchronistic event to happen to me today. Someone must know what this keyboard is. Maybe I will be able to acquire it by next week though.

Thats a Burroughs keyboard, Micro Switch SD switches. High on my want list because it has a almost perfect ISO layout. XMIT also has one of these.

Very strange. It looks suspiciously like it's going to be rubber dome–based, which would not surprise me considering the need to cut costs with home computers.

This looks suspiciously like Fujitsu Peerless, but I'm not sure; looks like there is a slim chance it could be Alps. Thoughts?

Is there any chance at all this compact Tipro has MX switches? The 'R' in the model number doesn't seem to bode well...

No reason for it not to have MX blacks.
However, the text says "local pickup" - but go for it

Yes, they have Cherry MX blacks.

"20020495-0030" is not the model number, but the serial number, with the first four digits indicating the year of manufacture.

Note that being PS/2, they will be programmable only on a computer with a 32 bit system and a native PS/2 port (any adapter will prevent them from being identified by the Tipro ChangeMe software). Once programmed, though, they behave as standard keyboards (i.e. require no driver and work with any computer).

Any way of getting them to work under a 64 bit system. They are 15eur a pop so I think its a decent deal

They will work on 64 bit systems, but you can only program them on 32 bit systems.

Has anyone seen this one before? Sharp MZ-700. I also found a snapshot of the keyboard with switches, but it's a bit hard to make out what type they are. For all I know it looks like something cherry-like.
