Quick update ( I know it's been a while) - I've finally found out where did that board come from. First of all, VT stands for Video Terminal, number 10. I've had a long chat with a guy at my office that had been working for ICL for some 13 years - and he immediately recognized the keyboard. It came ...

Hi again, Here some photos of the keycaps after whitening treatment, and one more new keyswitch I found in the Bunker Ramo: The new switch I found is retentive, as in press once to engage, press one more time to disengage. (New switch variant, not listen on the wiki.) I've left the 'Copy' key untrea...

Utensilia's description I know of, but your photos are amazing. I imagine the work someone had to put into assembling this board :)

Ah, that explains it :D Anyway, I'll be researching the topic more tomorrow. I'm also going to grab a Siemens TD-81610 that's for sale near me, curious what switches does it have.

This is really sad to look at... It's not even just about the boards, but the amount of computing history here that's been neglected... :(

By undocumented I meant that the 'Stem type' section is just missing the 'K' for the flat stem, that's all. :) I just found an old topic here on Deskthority with exactly the same keyboard as mine, only slighly older and in worse shape. The switch is indeed made by Micro Switch (I looked at the switc...

Sorry, I'm confused... How am I being fruity? I share what I find here, hoping for a more mature community than Reddit's.

I realize you're a veteran here, that's the feeling I got reading your post, but please, let me know what I said or did wrong, I'd hate to do something wrong again.

I love the keytops on the beamspring. Any chance you could pull a few keytops and show us the switch and quality of the tops? :)

Actually I'll only believe that when I see it. Pictures please. This is what we have on Honeywell Hall Effect: https://deskthority.net/wiki/Honeywell_Hall_Effect https://deskthority.net/wiki/Micro_Switch_Hall_Effect Come on man, I've linked galleries with 40+ pictures of the boards :P The Bunker Ra...

I'll post a picture of a modified ALPS switch (previous owner of my MicroNorth did that after probably losing a key)

About that hall effect keycaps, I haven't done it, would be nice to see someone do that :D The problem here is that these keycaps might be slightly larger than usual.

Well I've gotta say that those are the thinnest double shot keytops I've seen. I'm actually quite worried that they'll fall apart when I clean them. Most of the Hall Effect keytops can be adapted to MX stem (except for the ones in Bunker Ramo), with some playdough in the original stem slot, and a sp...

One of the interesting things here is that the switch on the Bunker Ramo is an unknown variant of the Honeywell switch, as someone pointed out to me on reddit.

Guys by the way, does anyone recognize the logo from this label?

It's all over the PCBs as well.

The switches on Zbrojovka might as well be made by Tesla, since literally all of the ICs on the PCB are made by Tesla as well. There is no designation on the switch itself though.

Bunker Ramo Admin Keyboard + Zbrojovka Consul

Hi! After I got my Honeywell VT10, I've managed to obtain two more treasures. Both require proper cleaning and de-yellowing with H2O2. The first one is the Bunker Ramo Admin Keyboard with German layout: Full gallery: http://imgur.com/a/i8Rmc http://i.imgur.com/SWxGfxq.jpg http://i.imgur.com/3e72oNa....

Thanks! These are some tough cookies, aren't they. Mine is a little different than the wang you linked, first of all I have no logic to analyze, which I gives me more room to work with. Also, I've bought another gem, the Bunker Ramo terminal keyboard, also based on Micro Switch hall effect switches,...

Sad to hear that the controller's gone on yours as well... I did get mine from Utensilia, as well as my Model M (he restored it beautifully). I'm quite sure that it's not impossible to get that board to work, but it would be amazing to get the original bubble display (missing in the top right corner...

Hi! :D Does your specimen have the controller PCB? I'd die to get some insight on how to revive mine. I see you've relocated the 'Send' key on yours :) I was thinking of relocating a whole switch, and 'adjusting' the steel top plate. I assume that the magnets are not the model designation, but a ter...

Oh the feel is amazing. It feels like there's no physical posibility for a keyboard switch to be smoother than these. They are as linear as a switch can get I assume, and of course, their size and weight is justified by their feel :) The keytops are amazing, heavy, double shots of course, and look l...

Honeywell VT10

Hi! Since that's my first post, hello! I've recently acquired the beautiful terminal keyboard with hall effect switches, PCB manufactured by Micro Switch, in July 1975. The keyboard is missing the controller PCB, I intend to reverse engineer the thing, and revive it. :) (The Model M from the photos ...
